- Data related to the application and matching (education, availability, assignment preferences).
- Administrative documents when required (e.g., copy of passport, insurance, supporting documents).

- Process applications and coordinate matching with host companies.
- Manage administrative procedures and communications related to the program.
- Improve the site and measure its performance (statistics).
4) Sharing
We may share strictly necessary information with: (i) host companies (interviews, placement), and (ii) technical service providers used to operate the service (form tools, databases, email sending, analytics). We share the minimum required.
5) Shelf life
We only keep data for as long as necessary to process your application/profile, and for legitimate reasons (administrative, contractual, legal).
6) Your rights
You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to team@bali-interns.com.
7) Security
We implement standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is foolproof, but protection is taken seriously.
