Once the agreement is signed, part of the work is underway (matching, coordination, preparation), and certain steps can begin.
The visa procedure is initiated at the appropriate time, once the necessary information has been validated (visa form, complete documents, airline ticket provided). Once the file is complete, administrative fees may be incurred.
In exceptional cases (documented impossibility, obvious error, etc.), each case is handled transparently on an individual basis.
