Refund Policy

Our policy is strict because visa procedures involve third-party costs (visa agents, administrative fees) that are generally non-refundable once incurred.

As long as no internship agreement is signed, no payment is owed. If you stop the process before confirmation, you pay nothing.

Once the internship is confirmed and payment is made, refunds are generally unavailable. Subsequent steps (visa procedures, bookings, etc.) require payments to third-party providers which are non-refundable by nature.

Any third-party costs already incurred are strictly non-refundable.

If Bali Interns is unable to deliver the service for an internal reason (not due to third parties, authorities, or missing documents on the candidate's side), an alternative solution or partial refund may be offered to the extent permitted by applicable law.
