Quick reminder: send your file (tickets included) about a month before you need your visa, return no later than 175 days after arrival (a €70/day fine beyond that), use your visa within 90 days of issuance, and arrive a few days before your internship starts.
The rules, in short
- Land in Bali 2 to 7 days before your start date (ideally 5 days).
- The C22 visa allows 175 days in Indonesia, counted from your arrival. Beyond that: a €70 fine per day.
- The visa takes about 30 days to be issued. Send your complete file (tickets included) at least 35 days before you arrive.
- Once issued, the visa must be used within 90 days: no point sending it more than 120 days before your flight.
- Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your return date.
